The first step to establishing a new habit is: Make A Decision.
The second step is to simply act in that specific way for 21 days in a row.
Success is a habit. Mediocrity and failure are habits. A positive mental attitude is a habit. Debt Free Living is a habit. Exercise is a habit. Not exercising is a habit.
