Genesis 13:14 AMPC

“The Lord said to Abram after Lot had left him, Lift up now your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward;”

2.         Go where God tell you to go. . .do what He tells you to do. . .when He tells you to do it.

Genesis 32:7 KJV

“Then Jacob was greatly afraid and distressed. . .”

Genesis 33:11 NLT

“Please take this gift I have brought you, for God has been very gracious to me. I have more than enough.” And because Jacob insisted, Esau finally accepted the gift.”

3.         The 23rd Psalm reveals that you’re to never lack or live in fear over your finances.

Psalm 23:1 KJV

“The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.”

Psalm 23:1 AMPC

“THE LORD is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack.”

Nehemiah 2:9 KJV

Psalm 23:4 AMPC

“Yes, though I walk through the [deep, sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil, for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort me.”

4.         Your attitude toward work. . .will determine your future success. . .and usefulness in the Kingdom.

Proverbs 12:24 KJV

“The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.”

Proverbs 12:24 NLT

Work hard and become a leader; be lazy and become a slave.”

Ecclesiastes 3:22 NLT

“So I saw that there is nothing better for people than to be happy in their work. That is why we are here! No one will bring us back from death to enjoy life after we die.”

Ecclesiastes 2:24 NLT

“So I decided there is nothing better than to enjoy food and drink and to find satisfaction in work. Then I realized that these pleasures are from the hand of God.”

Ecclesiastes 3:13 CEV

“Because God's gift to us is the happiness we get from our food and drink and from the work we do.”

Ephesians 4:28 KJV

“If you are a thief, quit stealing. Instead, use your hands for good hard work, and then give generously to others in need.”

2 Timothy 2:15 NLT

“Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth.”

5.         Always remember. . .yes, never forget. . .why you have what you have. . .and who gave it to you.

First, God brought you out of whatever mess you were in.

Ephesians 2:8-9 AMPC

For it is by free grace (God’s unmerited favor) that you are saved ([a]delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation) through [your] faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift of God;

“Not because of works [not the fulfillment of the Law’s demands], lest any man should boast. [It is not the result of what anyone can possibly do, so no one can pride himself in it or take glory to himself.]”

Second, if you fail to remember how he delivered you. . .it will open you up to things you don’t want..

I Peter 5:8 AMPC

“Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour.”,

Third, your most important financial relationship is not with your banker or broker but your Holy Ghost provider.

Luke 12:21 NLT

“Yes, a person is a fool to store up earthly wealth but not have a rich relationship with God.”

Philippians 4:19 NKJV

“And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

Fourth, be humble regardless of what you’ve got.

1Timothy 6:17 KJV

“Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy.”

Fifth, when you remember who brought you to the dance. . .you will move into His blessing flow.

Ephesians 1:3 KJV

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.”

1Timothy 6:17-19 MSG

“Tell those rich in this world's wealth to quit being so full of themselves and so obsessed with money, which is here today and gone tomorrow. Tell them to go after God, who piles on all the riches we could ever manage—to do good, to be rich in helping others, to be extravagantly generous. If they do that, they'll build a treasury that will last, gaining life that is truly life.”

6.         God secures your financial future by giving you an expert consultant.

John 14:26 KJV

“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”

7.         When you follow His instructions. . .God has plans for you.

Jeremiah 29:11 NIV

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

First, He knows the plans He has for you.

Second, God’s plan is to prosper you.

Third, God will never make plans that are harmful to you in any way.

Proverbs 1:33 NLT

“But all who listen to me will live in peace, untroubled by fear of harm.”

Fourth, God plans are to give you hope.

“I find rest in God; only he gives me hope.”

Romans 15:13 NLT

“I pray that the God who gives hope will fill you with much joy and peace while you trust in him. Then your hope will overflow by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Biblical hope is not ‘wishing things were different.  It’s holding on to the promises of God.  Look at it this way… HOPE ..Holding On (to) Prayer Everyday.

Fifth, God will give you a future.

John 10:10 which NLT

“The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.”

Sixth, God knows what He’s doing when it comes to you.

Jeremiah 29:11 MSG

"I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for."

Hebrews 13:5 AMPC

“. . .for He [God] [b]Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not,[I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!].”

Seventh, God will not only give you a future He will give you the one you hoped for.

Psalm 37:4 NLT

“Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.”

Psalm 20:4 NLT

“May he grant your heart’s desires and make all your plans succeed.”
