Help Me Make It Through The Day - Outline

on on . .

Here is the teaching outline for SUNDAY NITE LIVE.  Join us at 6 PM EST.

First, your words can empower the enemy to continue tormenting your day.

Proverbs 18:20 GNT

“You will have to live with the consequences of everything you say.”

“<<YourName>> will have to live with the consequences of everything <<he/she>> says.”

Proverbs 18:21 kjv

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”

Proverbs 18:21 MSG

“Words kill, words give life; they're either poison or fruit—you choose.”

Proverbs 18:20 CEV

“Make your words good-- you will be glad you did.”

Second, are your words expressing resignation to your circumstances instead of optimism about God’s ability to change your day?

Philippians 4:13 KJV

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

Third, never write off. . .what is a gift to you. . .TIME. Use it wisely. . .don’t wish it away.

Psalm 90:12 TLB

“Teach us to number our days and recognize how few they are; help us to spend them as we should.”

Ecclesiastes 3:1 MSG

“There's an opportune time to do things, a right time for everything on the earth.”

Fourth, don’t check out. . .tap in to an ever-ready power source.

Philippians 1:19 KJV

“For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.”

Philippians 1:19 when properly translated.

“I am certain that this situation will ultimately turn around and result in my deliverance. I’m sure of it—first, because you are praying for me; and second, because of the special contribution of the Spirit that Jesus Christ is donating for my present cause.”

As the Apostle Paul explained in 2 Corinthians 12:9:

“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”

Fifth, allow the supply of the Holy Spirit to do the serious lifting of your burdens, troubles and problems.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 KJV

“Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.”

The word comfort is the Greek word (G3870) and it means:

“to call to one's side, to address, speak to, (call to, call upon), which may be done in the way of exhortation, entreaty, comfort, instruction, etc. and to console, to encourage and strengthen by consolation, to comfort.”

John 14:26 KJV

“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”

If there’s something you don’t know. . .it’s because you haven’t asked the right person.

“. . .he shall teach you all things. . .”

First off, that’s a negative statement and a tip of your mentality to the devil’s way of thinking.

Secondly, to say “I can’t remember” is to ignore scripture.

Sixth, as the verse says turn your salvation to prayer.

Joyce Meyer said:

“It’s so important to realize that every time you get upset, it drains you emotional energy. Losing your cool makes you tired. Get angry messes with your health.”

Philippians 1:19 AMPC

“for I know [with confidence] that this will turn out for my deliverance and spiritual well-being, through your prayers and the [superabundant] supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ [which upholds me].”

Seventh, you’ve got more than enough for your need to be met and for you and those you love to walk in His surplus.

Deuteronomy 28:11 KJV

11 And the Lord shall make you have a surplus of prosperity, through the fruit of your body, of your livestock, and of your ground, in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you.

Anne Frank once said:

“How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.”
