Here is the teaching outline for RICH THOUGHTS TV..

What does it mean in the natural to be “blessed?”  According to the Roget’s New Millennium Thesaurus” the word blessed has 24 entries:  as a noun, a verb and an adjective.  To be blessed in the human sense is to be happy, blissful, contented, fortunate, joyful, redeemed, saved, welcome, commendable, to be privileged, to possess, to not be in lack, need or want and to be favored.

In the context of this teaching, the word blessed will mean to not be in lack and to be favored.

Genesis 1:22 in the King James Version says:

“And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.”

Genesis 12:3 in the King James Version says:

“And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.”

Genesis 12:3 Amplified Bible Classic says:

“And I will bless those who bless you [who confer prosperity or happiness upon you] and curse him who curses or uses insolent language toward you; in you will all the families and kindred of the earth be blessed [and by you they will bless themselves].”

Genesis 22:18 in the King James Version says:

“And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.”

Acts 3:25 in the Amplified Bible Classic says:

“You are the descendants (sons) of the prophets and the heirs of the covenant which God made and gave to your forefathers, saying to Abraham, And in your Seed (Heir) shall all the families of the earth be blessed and benefited.”

Are you ready for this………

“And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].  2 Corinthians 9:8  AMP

16But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat.

17And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes.

18He said, Bring them hither to me.

19And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.

20And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.”  Matthew 14:16-20

Joshua 1:8 in the King James Version says:

This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.”

When you’re broken. . .you come to a place in your life where you realize that the only direction you can go is up and that you can’t make the journey alone…that you will need His help.

“The reward for humility and fear of the Lord is riches and honor and life,” as it says in  Proverbs 22:4

James 4:6 in the King James Version says:

“God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”

Matthew 26:26 in the Amplified Bible Classic says:

Now as they were eating, Jesus took bread and, praising God, gave thanks and asked Him to bless it to their use, and when He had broken it, He gave it to the disciples and said, Take, eat; this is My body.”  Matthew 26:26 AMP

Acts 2:47 in the Amplified Bible Classic says:

Constantly praising God and being in favor and goodwill with all the people; and the Lord kept adding [to their number] daily those who were being saved [from spiritual death

Acts 6:7 in the Amplified Bible Classic says:

“And the message of God kept on spreading, and the number of disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem; and [besides] a large number of the priests were obedient to the faith [in Jesus as the Messiah, through Whom is obtained eternal salvation in the kingdom of God].”

Genesis 30:30 in the Amplified Bible Classic says

“For you had little before I came, and it has increased and multiplied abundantly; and the Lord has favored you with blessings wherever I turned. But now, when shall I provide for my own house also?”

Multiplication can take place in adversity.

“But the more [the Egyptians] oppressed them, the more they multiplied and expanded, so that [the Egyptians] were vexed and alarmed because of the Israelites.” Exodus 1:12 AMP

God will multiply you in every area of your life.

“And when your herds and flocks multiply and your silver and gold is multiplied and all you have is multiplied.”  Deuteronomy 8:13 AMP

God can multiply what you’ve got when everyone around you is decreasing.

“He blesses them also, so that they are multiplied greatly, and allows not their cattle to decrease.”  Psalm 107:38

When you bless God and become broken before Him. . .then your multiplication moves in other areas as well.

“For by me [Wisdom from God] your days shall be multiplied, and the years of your life shall be increased.”  Proverbs 9:11 AMP

God can multiply peace in your life. . .regardless who is in power.  Daniel 4:1 AMP says:

“NEBUCHADNEZZAR THE king, to all people, nations, and languages that dwell on all the earth: May peace be multiplied to you!”

Never forget who brought multiplication into your life.

“The more they increased and multiplied [in prosperity and power], the more they sinned against Me; I will change their glory into shame.”  Hosea 4:7 AMP

When you seek Him. . .God will show you many, many visions of the things He will manifest in your life.

“I have also spoken to [you by] the prophets, and I have multiplied visions [for you] and [have appealed to you] through parables acted out by the prophets.”  Hosea 12:10 AMP

The fruit of the spirit will be multiplied in your life.

“May mercy, [soul] peace, and love be multiplied to you.”  Jude 1:2 AMP

Finally, God will multiply your personal relationship with Him.

“May grace (God's favor) and peace (which is perfect well-being, all necessary good, all spiritual prosperity, and freedom from fears and agitating passions and moral conflicts) be multiplied to you in [the full, personal, precise, and correct] knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.”  2 Peter 1:2 AMP

Matthew 14:16-20 in the King James Version says:

16But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat.

17And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes.

18He said, Bring them hither to me.

19And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.

20And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.”

Before things can be Blessed, Broken and Multiplied. . .there has to be order.

19And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass. . .”

First, Jesus brought order to the situation. . .and that’s what you need to do.

Order never comes out of chaosDiscipline determines your direction.

Second, He started with what He had. . .five loaves and two fishes.  This little boy didn’t just run through Long John Silver’s. . .he had very expensive fish.

You need to start where you are with what you’ve got.

“They have no need to go away:  give ye them to eat.  We have enough

to eat and plenty to share.” (Matthew 14:16)

“Jesus said, "Mark my words, no one who sacrifices house, brothers, sisters, mother, father, children, land—whatever—because of me and the Message will lose out. They'll get it all back, but multiplied many times in homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and land—but also in troubles. And then the bonus of eternal life! This is once again the Great Reversal: Many who are first will end up last, and the last first."  Mark 10:29 MSG

Luke 18:29 in the Message Bible translation says:

“Yes," said Jesus, "and you won't regret it. No one who has sacrificed home, spouse, brothers and sisters, parents, children—whatever—will lose out. It will all come back multiplied many times over in your lifetime. And then the bonus of eternal life!"
