Sickness is evil. . .it is not of God.

We never see God introduce it in the Bible.  We only see it show up after Satan comes into the picture.

Though there are some well-meaning Christians who feel it’s a cross God wants us to bear.

The only things we see come from God are good gifts. . .advantageous gifts.

James 1:17 says:

"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning."

According to Strong’s Concordance the Greek word for good is G18 and it means:

“of good constitution or nature; useful, salutary; good, pleasant, agreeable, joyful, happy, excellent, distinguished”

Also, according to Strong’s Concordance the Greek word for gift is G1394 and it means:

“giving, gift”

Do we really think our Heavenly Father would consider cancer to be a useful, good, pleasant, joyful, happy, excellent gift for us?

I’ve been teaching people how to get out of debt for 30 years.  I was doing so before it was cool, fashionable or even profitable.

God’s instructions are not situational. . .they don’t vary based on current economic conditions, which party is in power, your personal circumstances or  unrest anywhere in the world.  The principles in his Word are clear and absolute.  This is important to know … now more then ever.
