Written by Harold Herring on .

Here is the teaching outline for SUNDAY NITE LIVE.  Join us at 6 PM EST.

Genesis 1:11 AMPC

“And God said, Let the earth put forth [tender] vegetation: plants yielding seed and fruit trees yielding fruit whose seed is in itself, each according to its kind, upon the earth. And it was so.”

Luke 6:38 KJV

“Give, and it [that which you have given] shall be given unto you”

Personalize the verse.

“Give money, and it (money) will be given unto <<Your Name>>, good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men pour money into <<his/her>> bosom. For with the same measure that <<Your Name>> gives money, it (money) will be given back to <<him/her>>!”

Galatians 6:7 AMPC

“For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap.”

2 Samuel 24:25 AMPC

David built there an altar to the Lord and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the Lord heeded the prayers for the land, and Israel’s plague was stayed.”

First, David made a deliberate decision to honor God before making his request.

Proverbs 8:17 AMPC

“I love those who love me, and those who seek me early and diligently shall find me.”

Second, when David built his altar. . .he had a specific purpose in mind.

Philippians 1:6 AMPC

“And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you.”

Genesis 1:26 AMPC

“God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness. . .”

Third, his seed. . .his prayer. . .his offering brought the desire result.

1 John 5:14-15 NLT

“And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. 15 And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for.”

Fourth, David’s specific offering solved a problem when nothing else would.

Job 42:10 AMPC

“And the Lord turned the captivity of Job and restored his fortunes, when he prayed for his friends; also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.”

First, things turn around for Job when he offered a specific seed.

Second, Job’s seed was a prayer of deliverance for his friends.

Third, God gave Job twice as much as he had before the enemy’s attacks on his family and fortune.

Fourth, Job aimed his seed at a specific need.

Fifth, Job’s specific seed not only brought a return from God. . .but he was also blessed by the people he prayed for.

Job 42:11 AMPC

“Every man also gave him a piece of money, and every man an earring of gold.”

Isaiah 55:10-11 KJV

“For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

First, when we sow a seed we need to do so with specific instructions.

Second, when we send out the word (a seed) it will never return to us void.

Third, a money seed has the same potential as the Word when it comes to sowing.

Fourth, our seed. . .our Word will not return to us void.

Fifth, Isaiah 55:11 says the seed you send out “. . .shall accomplish that which I please and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”  Send your seed with instructions.

Sixth, pray the Word. . .and pray over your seed.

Seventh, name your seed for whatever purpose you intend it.  Your seed will obey because it has supernatural abilities in its financial DNA.

1 Kings 17:9-14 AMPC

“Arise, go to Zarephath, which belongs to Sidon, and dwell there. Behold, I have commanded a widow there to provide for you. 10 So he arose and went to Zarephath. When he came to the gate of the city, behold, a widow was there gathering sticks. He called to her, Bring me a little water in a vessel, that I may drink.

11 As she was going to get it, he called to her and said, Bring me a morsel of bread in your hand.

12 And she said, As the Lord your God lives, I have not a loaf baked but only a handful of meal in the jar and a little oil in the bottle. See, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and bake it for me and my son, that we may eat it—and die.

13 Elijah said to her, Fear not; go and do as you have said. But make me a little cake of [it] first and bring it to me, and afterward prepare some for yourself and your son.

14 For thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: The jar of meal shall not waste away or the bottle of oil fail until the day that the Lord sends rain on the earth.”

First, God commanded the widow to provide for the prophet.

Second, the prophet gave the widow a specific instruction about what she was to sow.

Third, the widow understood and shared the severity of her situation with the prophet.

Fourth, when sowing specific seeds. . .take authority over fear.

Fifth, the prophet told her to make his cake [bread] first and then she could make what was left for her and her son.

Sixth, the widow woman was about to receive a mega harvest of meal and oil.

Seventh, the widow received a perpetual harvest until the rains came again.

The seven keys for aiming your seed whatever your specific need.

First, talk with God about the specific purpose for your seed.

Mark 10:51-52 AMPC

“What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked.

“My Rabbi,” the blind man said, “I want to see!”

52 And Jesus said to him, “Go, for your faith has healed you.” Instantly the man could see, and he followed Jesus down the road.”

Second, what do you believe God will accomplish through your seed?

Galatians 6:7 TLB

“Don’t be misled; remember that you can’t ignore God and get away with it: a man will always reap just the kind of crop he sows!”

Third, is the purpose of your seed in line with the Word of God?

Job 36:11 GWT

"If righteous people listen and serve [him], they will live out their days in prosperity and their years in comfort.”

Isaiah 1:19 TLB

“If you will only let me help you, if you will only obey, then I will make you rich!”

Fourth, speak out loud to your seed.  Command it where to go and what to do.

Psalm 1:1-3 TLB

“Oh, the joys of those who do not follow evil men’s advice, who do not hang around with sinners, scoffing at the things of God. 2 But they delight in doing everything God wants them to, and day and night are always meditating on his laws and thinking about ways to follow him more closely.

3 They are like trees along a riverbank bearing luscious fruit each season without fail. Their leaves shall never wither, and all they do shall prosper.”

Psalm 35:27 AMPC

“Let those who favor my righteous cause and have pleasure in my uprightness shout for joy and be glad and say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, Who takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”

Philippians 4:19 AMPC

“And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”

Fifth, continue confessing the Word over your seed.

Psalm 103:20 KJV

“Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.”

Sixth, recognize that aiming your seed can help you release your faith for miracle manifestation in your life.

Ephesians 1:3 AMPC

“May blessing (praise, laudation, and eulogy) be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) Who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual (given by the Holy Spirit) blessing in the heavenly realm!”

Seventh, continually look to God as your source.

Nehemiah 8:10 KJV

“. . .for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

Psalm 34:9-10 AMPC

“O fear the Lord, you His saints [revere and worship Him]! For there is no want to those who truly revere and worship Him with godly fear. . .but they who seek (inquire of and require) the Lord [by right of their need and on the authority of His Word], none of them shall lack any beneficial thing.”

Psalm 84:11 AMPC

“For the Lord God is a Sun and Shield; the Lord bestows [present] grace and favor and [future] glory (honor, splendor, and heavenly bliss)! No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.”
