Thinking, Feeling, And Acting Right Affects Your Health

Written by Harold Herring. Posted in Life Strategies

I have heard some of the greatest preachers to ever draw a breath preach 1 Peter 2:24 with insight, passion and unparalleled anointing.

“He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.” 1 Peter 2: 24 AMP

Most teachers focus  on “. . . by whose stripes ye were healed” but as I re-read the scripture, the part “. . . should live unto righteousness” ignited in my spirit.

I look up the word righteousness in the Strong’s Concordance and found that it’s the Greek word dikaiosynē (G1343) which means:

7 Reasons To Do It And Not Just Talk About It

Written by Harold Herring. Posted in RichThoughts

We make a decision to fail. . .when we allow fear to prevent us from stepping out of our comfort zone or from taking a step of faith.

If we want to do more than we’ve done. . .be more than we’ve been. . .then we need to take a risk when it lines up with His Word.

God’s Word tells us what to do. . .if we take a risk and fail to succeed.

Proverbs 24:16 in the New Living Translation says:

7 Reasons God Doesn't Do Average

Written by Harold Herring. Posted in RichThoughts

To accomplish our goals for 2015. . .an average effort is not enough.  An average commitment is not enough.  Average desire is not enough.

"The company had taken 3 payments from my check already.  New Year's Eve I received a letter from my HR department simply stating "we received documentation regarding student loan and garnishment" and to call them.
