The Lord’s message was very clear to me.

First, let me explain. . .I was preparing to teach “7 Benefits Of Being A Giver” tonight on SUNDAY NITE LIVE.

I had finished the teaching outline. . .I had posted it on the tlctoday.net page.

I was reviewing the teaching for tonight. . .when I received the message. . .

DO IT AGAIN.

Proverbs 23: 7 says:

“As a man thinketh so is he…”

For years, I’ve taught that a debt free mentality….is not determined by where you work, where you live, what you drive, what you wear or who your parents are.   Your mentality is not determined by how smart you are but by the dominant thoughts in your mind.

Whatever thoughts you allow to dominate your life will have a direct impact on who and what you draw into your life.

Like a magnet, your thoughts will draw to you the people and circumstances that harmonize with your dominant thoughts.

One of the biggest reasons many Christians don’t enter into the fullness of God’s Word is that they read it as a spectator.

No doubt finding it fascinating as a collection of people, stories, miracles and events. . .but it’s much more.

In reading a red-letter edition of the Bible you will find that Jesus asked over 173 questions during His earthly ministry.  While I found the number of questions Jesus asked interesting. . .I found why He asked them. . .profound.

God asked questions. . .because He wanted His listeners to think. . .it facilitates the learning process in each of us.

Do you need a turnaround specialist?

Turnaround specialists are defined at turnaround.org as:

“A turnaround specialist enters a company with a fresh eye and complete objectivity. This professional can spot problems that may not be visible to company insiders and then implement solutions.

“Turnaround managers have no political agenda or other obligations to bias the decision-making process, allowing them to take sometimes unpopular, yet necessary, steps required for a company’s survival.”

My research showed that turnaround specialists are paid an exorbitant amount of money.

The one thing Harold and I desire to do as ministers of the gospel is present the Word of God in such a way that it can make your daily life better. 

If we can't practically believe in the Word and enrich our lives, then we've lost what God wanted to give us when Jesus came to earth.

Living life with the Holy Spirit's guidance should put excitement into every day. We are missing out if it doesn't.

I want to share some revelation I experienced recently because it puts our Christian life in a perspective that is new revelation to me but definitely the way I personally want to live.

A few days ago, I was rejoicing about how God reaches out to us. . .in so many ways.

God reaches out to us when we’re distressed.

2 Samuel 22:7

“But in my distress I cried out to the Lord; yes, I cried to my God for help. He heard me from his sanctuary; my cry reached his ears.”

“Order in the court” is a phrase you’ve probably heard frequently if you’ve ever watched legal dramas on television or at the movies.

In fact, Law and Order was one of the longest running series on television.

Order is defined at dictionary.com as:

“an authoritative direction or instruction; command; mandate; to regulate, conduct, or manage: to order one's life for greater leisure.”

Personally, I prefer the wisdom of Luke 1:1 in the Amplified Bible which says:

“Since [as is well known] many have undertaken to put in order and draw up a [thorough] narrative of the surely established deeds which have been accomplished and fulfilled in and among us.”

Here seven reasons why order is key to your personal success.

Just over a week ago, I started writing “7 Keys To Supernatural Favor.”

Almost immediately, I wrote down seven key points I felt the teaching would be built around.  Here are the seven keys.

# 1  By believing in and expecting continual supernatural moves of God in your daily life.

# 2  By doing what you say you're going to do. . .when you say you’re going to do it.

# 3  Being a person of integrity even when no one else is around.

# 4  Being a person of character instead of being a character.

It was an early morning when the Lord began this rapid fire succession of the seven worst things a person can do. 

I try to be a positive person but the truth of the matter is this… there are some things we just don’t need to do!

I knew in due season He would help me put meat on these bones to pass along to His people and here it is.

# 1       Not believing

There is an old saying. . .if you don’t believe in something you’ll fall for anything.

More properly said, if you don’t believe in the Word of God then you’ll more likely fall for the tricks, traps, lies, deceptions and wiles the enemy throws your way.

I’ve been teaching people how to get out of debt for 20 years.  I was doing so before it was cool, fashionable or even profitable.

Over the years, I’ve resisted the temptation to align myself with financial planners, insurance agents, real estate brokers and others in the financial professions to make money off referrals from those who follow this ministry.  I have at times recommended them as good … but not for a profit.

The Bible is an instruction manual for success. . .revealing how to walk in God’s blessing flow and experience the good life He envisions for us.  It’s all in the Word.
